Pam Bondi Just Nuked the Comey Case — And Took Justice Down With It

You can’t make this sh*t up.

For years, we’ve waited for the Comey perp walk.Not because we’re obsessed with revenge — but because James Comey is the blueprint for what a weaponized government insider looks like.He leaked. He lied. He launched a soft coup under the guise of “saving democracy.”And finally — finally — there were indictments. Real ones.

Then along came Pam Bondi.And in one legally illiterate swoop, she torched the entire operation like an arsonist in heels.

• Letitia James, the rabid NY AG who made it her life’s mission to persecute Donald Trump.

These weren’t fishing expeditions. These were real charges. Fraud. Misuse of authority. Abuse of office. The kind of stuff that should land you in prison, not on MSNBC.

But the cases didn’t die because they were weak. They didn’t collapse on the merits.

They were thrown out because the prosecutor wasn’t legally allowed to be a prosecutor.

In the most boneheaded move since James Comey himself claimed “no reasonable prosecutor” would indict Hillary, Bondi greenlit an interim appointee — Lindsey Halligan — to take the lead on the biggest prosecution of the decade. A woman not confirmed by the Senate. Not legally authorized. Not battle-tested.

It was like putting a freshman intern in charge of D-Day.

The judge didn’t mince words: Halligan was never validly appointed. That made everything she touched — every filing, every indictment — invalid. The case got vaporized on procedural grounds before it even left the launchpad.

This Wasn’t a Mistake — This Was Political Malpractice

This wasn’t a whoopsie.This was the legal equivalent of showing up to a gunfight with a Nerf bat and a juice box.

And it raises the question: Was Bondi actually trying to blow this case?

Think about it:

• The prosecution was built on dynamite.

• The targets were deep state royalty.

• The stakes couldn’t have been higher.

And Bondi decided to send in a prosecutor who couldn’t legally file a parking ticket. You don’t make that kind of mistake unless you’re:

1. Criminally incompetent, or

2. Playing for the other side.

Either way — you don’t get to stay in your job after that.

And of course, the second that gavel dropped, Comey wasted no time strutting his smug, sour face across every camera he could find. Talking about “rule of law.”Yeah — the same guy who nuked the rule of law every day from 2016 to 2020. That guy.

Thanks to Bondi, he gets to wrap himself in the Constitution like a cloak while the system he corrupted pats him on the back.

Congratulations, Pam. You just handed the swamp a victory lap.

Bondi Must Resign. Gaetz Should Be Running This Ship.

Let’s stop pretending this is salvageable.Pam Bondi f*cked up on a cosmic level. She wasn’t blindsided. She wasn’t misled. She made the choice to staff the most critical case in America with a prosecutor who wasn’t legally standing on solid ground.

That is dereliction of duty — and it’s time she hands over the keys.

Give them to Matt Gaetz or someone who actually believes in fighting the deep state, not play-acting around it. Because the America First movement can’t afford actors anymore. We need killers — figuratively speaking. People who walk into the courtroom with fire in their eyes and every i dotted, every t crossed. Not this Mickey Mouse lawfare that gives seditionists an out.

Let’s be real:

• Bondi didn’t just drop the ball. She slammed it into her own net.

• We had the deep state cornered.

• Now, they’re laughing, cocktail-in-hand, watching another “America First” screw-up implode.

This is why we lose. Not because we’re wrong — but because we let careerist dead weight like Bondi carry the water and they spill it every damn time.

The people are awake.The base is done playing. And Trump — if he’s paying attention — needs to start cutting the fat today.

Remember Benghazi? The incompetence. The spinning. The media cover-up. The unanswered calls for accountability?

That’s this — but internal. Our own side gave the enemy a get-out-of-jail-free card.
